Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Returns are eligible in the following situations:

The product arrived damaged, broken, or defective
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in original condition

No food or liquid contact

All original packaging included

All accessories and protective materials included

No visible scratches, chips, stains, or signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of ceramic tableware, certain items cannot be returned once they have been used or are no longer in resellable condition. These include:

Items that have been used for serving food or beverages

Items that show signs of wear, scratches, cracks, or chips after delivery

Items without original packaging or protective materials
-
Any item damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Please note: All ceramic bowls and plates are considered hygienic household goods. Once used, they are no longer eligible for return for safety and quality assurance reasons.
At this time, we do not offer custom-made or personalized products.
Return Shipping Cost

If the return is caused by a product defect, damage during transit, or incorrect item received, Qingbowl will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
There are no return handling fees or restocking fees for any approved return.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions. For defective or incorrect items, a prepaid return label may be issued when applicable
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection is completed.
Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Inspection Time
Returned items are usually inspected within 3–7 calendar days after arrival at our warehouse.
