Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM PDT (Monday–Friday) are generally processed on the same business day.

Orders submitted after 4:00 PM PDT, as well as orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing begins only after your payment has been successfully verified.

Shipping Warehouse

All Qingbowl orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. We work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so they can reach you within the estimated delivery window.

U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Any other U.S. territories or offshore islands

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our shipping area cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping Address

Before completing your purchase, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Qingbowl is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout. If a package is returned because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
